Startingpoint - March 6th 2011
My primary goal with this, is to lose weight - at least 10kg (22 lbs). And at the same time, become more fit and "shape up". Summer is here in 3 months - will I reach my weight goal by then? I hope so! At home I have installed a row-machine - Infiniti R100 - I like rowing as a way of doing cardio exercises (goal: row a total marathon of 42.195 m). I also have installed the Withings weightscale - linked through WiFi to my DailyBurn account. I wish myself luck!!
