    "If you eat too little, your body will go into “starvation mode” and stop burning calories. To maintain weight loss for an extended period of time you need to be eating at least a certain amount. This amount needs to be less than your what your body needs to maintain current weight, typically by about 20% or so to lose weight at a “safe” level." 1400 MINIMUM for women.
