About Me
I am working on getting all around healthier, I started working out again about 3 months ago. I have really let myself go since my "prime" in high school. I first started out just wanting to get my power lifting back. Now that that feat is well on its way I have started working on losing weight and so far that is going well. Best of luck to everyone.

Bench Not Going Up...How About Overhead Press?
I read a new article on t-nation about overhead pressing. It makes you think whether you should focus more on that rather than bench.
