Time to be honest
I was so proud of myself for losing 36 lbs in 2010, I celebrated too long, and gained most of it back during 2011 :-( So here I am again this time starting at 174 wanting to get down to 140!!! I know I can do it, I just need to get real with myself and do it!!!

the new goals worked good last week, and I think they will work good this week. My actually goal is about .3 of a pound per week. last week i cleared a lot more than that, but the key is to make sure I am still at a loss and that I feel good about myself. I am really working on my self esteem lately. setting a 2 lb a week goal was a great target, but I can't help but feel like a failure when I don't hit it, so I am going to just keep on hitting my -0.3 lb a week goal and that way I know I will still be losing weight, feeling successful, and if I hit more than that, good for me, but to be honest, 0.3 pounds a week is a lot more than I lost in the last month or two.
