    Had a Spicey Chicken Bento, I need to cut out rice I think - got tired quickly around 2:30 p.m.

    Waking up

    Tough time waking up today, but had a larger dinner and did not walk or run after. I think I need to run (if even .25 miles) every night after eating or other activity like yoga. Ultimately I would like to get up early every morning to go running or other short exercise prior to work.
