Long Time
It has been a long time since my last post, and although I haven't put on any weight in that period of time I can tell that my body composition has changed for the negative over the past two months. That being said, I have my first half ironman this weekend. Do it!

L.A. Fitness

Getting back to it
I managed to exercise 7 days this week, and get to the gym a total of 11 times. I had planned on going 12 times but it's tough for me to do that on Wednesday's. Other then some wedding food last night (and, I went pretty healthy besides the cake) my diet has been pretty on point. Another few weeks at this pace and I'll be back in shape, ready to train for my half-ironman.

Encouragement
If anyone is out there, I could use some encouragement. I really fell off the wagon, so to speak, this past month. I'm going to have a hard time getting back to it. Trying to make myself accountable.
