Phase I complete...on to Phase II
Having previously been intimidated by rapid amounts of weight loss, and realizing I was getting intimidated again, I decided to stop at 15 lbs off and stay there for awhile. My diet varied between eating pretty well and totally off the wagon. But I increased the exercise, since that definitely has been helping my mindset. I yo-yo'd a bit within a 2 lb. bubble, but kept at the same weight, more or less, since then. I'm glad for that, but it's time to move on. Time to start moving downward again. I think if I do this in 15 lb. chunks I can keep my head on straight.

Challenges are pissing me off
I like this site but the one thing that pisses me off is the challenges do not correctly record your weight loss. I have lost 14.8 pounds. I have one challenge that records that correctly. ONE. The rest of them seem to make up their own numbers. One says 13.8. One says 10.2. Also, you can't edit a challenge to correctly show the amount of time, and once I left my own challenge (because I was disgusted) I can't re-join it. WTF Daily Burn? Nice site but if the challenges aren't going to be work right what's the point in having them at all? They do not encourage me if they aren't going to be correct.

That time of the month always throws me off
Between the feeling HORRIBLE and the not sleeping I've been a wreck this week. It's been all I can do to just exist a couple of days this week. I got slack about counting for a few days but am dragging myself back into the habit of doing the right thing every day. I feel gross. Meh. :p

Ow!
Walking up the hill to Chaya tonight, my bad ankle cramped up really badly. It also cramped on the way back down the hill, and has been bothering me all day. I couldn't figure out why the sudden setback. Then I realized: I spun yarn on a single treadle for 2 nights in a row. No wonder! Time to take a break from the spinning for a day or two so that my walks won't be painful, and not go in for marathon sessions of it like I tend to do...
