    Title...

    Asthma was acting up this week, but i definitely want to start working out again, so I am starting off slow as I get my breathing back. Will start running again soon.

    Day 2

    Day 2 was a success, did both the lower body/back and the swim today. Going to get a bite to eat and than do the pushups/situps/pullups tonight a little sore from yesterday but not bad

    Starting the PTG program

    I did my 3 mile run, over a bridge to the beach today, so had a few hills, did upper body at more weight than i listed, and will do core before i go to sleep, tomm im going to be sore

    Week

    This week I have been/will be doing the weights portion of the 26 week Physical training guide from navy seals, next week once my schedule is more settled (and its warmer) I will start the running and restart the program, as well as do the swimming as I will be joining a gym with an indoor pool. It is hard to start doing the exercises as I do not have people doing them with me or going to the gym as I used to have

    I did 7 machines 1 set, 12 reps of each including the dips, i just do not recall what they are at this time, will update when i know the names of them
