Alright now, you are making me sad with this "trainig is no fun n e more" stuff. You better still be hitting it hard. Miami is cool, I'm just working, working out, and going to the beach for now. Getting dark.... I spoke with Alias and he hasn't started over there yet, so hang in there. You should be able to pull up my workouts if you want something fresh. Miss you girl. Talk to you soon.
