About Me
I am a former college football player/bike racer and current hockey player. In the past I have gone through weight cycles that coincided with a kind of "who gives a crap" attitude. I am working on finding a healthy balance and staying active in lots of different ways. I am the kind of person that once I get into something, I go all the way with it until I am done with it. I need to work on keeping a few irons in the fire and spreading my attention around to keep myself moving.

Bogleg's Journal
Well....
Here I am. I have basically slacked off the past couple of months. But... the good news is, my weight has gone unchanged (i.e. I did not gain any weight). The bad news is I have not been working out at all. I have been traveling for work every single week (this is my first week home all week in a long time). I have re-evaluated everything, re-established my goals and formulated a plan. So here I go. Single digit BF or bust!

My dear lord, never! That's to both. I'm naturally on the slender side, but the fat I've got to cut through has been there a l-o-n-g time. I'm not very feminine either so facing the walk / posing / bikini and stage fright is a whole other terrifying project. I've a lot to learn from this. Perhaps you should consider one... :-)

Day 121
Nutrition so-so yesterday. Haven't been logging very well for awhile now. Going to change that today. Also modifying my diet slightly. I can get this under control damn it! Weight was even again today; but like I said, I have a whole week with no work travel so I expect good things this week.

Day 115-120
Another week with travel, some good decisions, some bad decisions...and my weight basically staying the same. This week I have NO travel so I expect I'll see some positive results. I am having some trouble staying motivated. Just in that "screw it" mentality at the moment. Need to get to the gym today and snap out of it.

Day 114
Had a good day yesterday. Was low on the caloric intake, which probably isn't too bad all things considered, but had a great, high intensity lifting session followed by an hour of intervals (10 90sec intervals with 3.5 minute rests between). Burned a ton of cals.
