I know i should track nutrition but i'm about to start a challenge with my company and will be given a specific diet then. Once i get that then i will track my diet to assist in giving the health advisor all the info she needs. Gonna get all the employees who are participating in the program to get DailyBurn accounts so we can all motivate one another!

Tuesday
So that was a rough day at work and i didn't sleep much Sunday or Monday, so i took that day off and did Tuesday's workout instead on Wednesday. Just flipped my rest and workout day. So gonna be going straight 3 days weight training then sunday i'll do some swimming and cardio!

It begins
Alright my goal is to lower body fat and increase endurance and strength. My workouts will have very short breaks and be done as quickly as possible without sacrificing form in any way. Food is staying with a mainly vegetarian diet (having fish here and there) but no meat, chicken, eggs, or dairy products. I'm gonna input my body measurements as well. I am taking them myself so they are as accurate as i can get them.

...and my fitness goes onto the cloud
I have been working out for over 5 years and have been doing really well with my fitness, but i have started to get bored somewhat and want to re-energize my routines. I figured taking my workouts off my private notebook and putting them up for all to see would help me get more feedback and motivation to throw down! I have the iPhone app as well, so instead of having my paper notebook with me all the time i'm just gonna take my iPhone in the gym for music and workout tracking. More to come Thursday...
