bpcrue sent the following motivation to Jberm455: Doing fine on day 2. Ate well, even though I went out for lunch. Easier today since I'm eating out of my lunch bag. Still need to get exercising more. I want to eat really well until I leave on 12/16. That would be 6 weeks of good eating.

2011 Resolutions
These are the guiding principles for Brian for 2011: 1. Think about yourself once in awhile over others. 2. Get back to eating right. (TRACK IT) 3. Exercise at least 3 times a week. (TRACK IT) 4. Run a 1/2 marathon. (FINISH IT) I put these up here so I can see them on a regular basis and keep me honest and on track for 2011. I'm also putting these up on my desk, so I can see them daily as a reminder.

This site hates me.....
Still trying to figure out why it only will give me 6 days of calorie goals met in the last week, when I've met them for the last 9 days in a row. Messing with my head!

New Cardio for You
sprint up your center staircase for 20 minutes... 5 sets x5 in a row. rest 1 min. repeat for 20 minutes... If you need to start with 10, start with 10.. work up to 20 min.. you'll be in better shape than doing just treadmill or walking all the time!

Getting back on track...
Started to do 30 minute workouts every morning this week when I get up. I get up daily to feed the dog at 5am, so I do a 30 min workout right after, then get ready for work.
