    Reflection

    A) The experience of logging my nutrition this semester has taught me how important it is to eat a sufficient amount of calories to sustain an active lifestyle. B) Through logging my workouts I have learned the importance of maintaining a balanced workout schedule which includes strength,cardio, and flexibility. C) Gyminee was very helpful in keeping me mindful of what I eat and the amount of exercise I partake in. D) I don't think that I will continue to utilize Gyminee outside of my class, however,it is good to know of a location where I can find new ideas for workouts, and exercise. So, I may actually find Gyminee useful in the future.

    Age:26 RHR:70 60% = 144.4 which is 24.06 beats/10 sec. 70% = 156.8 which is 26.13 beats/10 sec. 80% = 169.2 which is 28.20 beats/10 sec.
