Goal! then Thanksgiving...
I hit 198.2 the day before our trip to Angelfire for Thanksgiving. Today I'm 201.7 which is probably about right but I'm not too concerned about. Back on track and counting calories. Hoping to be back below 200 by the end of the next week.

Go Time...
Lost a fair bit of weight in two weeks (7 pounds) but today was the first weigh-in to go back up a bit. I'm sure the Labor Day weekend didn't help that but I'm getting back on the horse and buckling down on my calories once again!

Back on the horse.
Well hello Dailyburn, it's been a while. Today I get back on the horse with a few goals in mind. Nothing crazy but small things that will add up to losing 10 pounds. 1) Bye bye Starbucks - Throwing away my 'Gold card' and I'm done with you for a while. 2) 2-3x per week - Working out at least twice doing whatever is my starting goal. 3) 9pm - No food after 9pm, I'm a horrible late night snacker. Wish my luck!

What two days solo teaches you.
My girls left for a couple days for a ladies vacation to Galveston. So I was on my own and realized that my trouble with eating a bunch of calories at night directly ties to the fact that we eat so early normally (at the same time as the girls) but if I eat later (7pm/8pm) I'm obviously not as hungry. Going to try that for a while and see how it curbs those late night calorie binges.
