    Eating like the dr told me. Well the best i can. Nothing but fish and chicken OH Turkey to,.,, haven't had that one yet but I'll be soon to try it this week. I'm creeping along getting use to not being able to eat anything I really want to eat. I treat my self I guess you can say. A small bit here and there. Breakfast Oatmeal to follow with an afternoon snack of fruit. Lunch is something chicken always unless I get to have sushi. Dinner fish usually or chicken if the familys having the same thing with veggies!!! Now I just have to bring the meats down to 3 days a week and work in the veg meals. Thats the hard part I think so far. Meals planned out much easier....

    Hey Pumpkin!!!! You can do this! Don't stress yourself out of it. Stress makes up hold onto your excess weight! Keep up the great workouts and It will happen for you!!!!! I LOVE YOU HONEY BUNCHES OF OATMEAL!!!!!!

    So I'm not going to use the scale at the gym any more! It was wrong!!! So sucks! As it turns out I haven't lost any weight at all????!!! According to my visit this last thursday I've lost 3 pounds in a year. WOW my body is really working aginst my efforts!

    Well there was an out of order sign on the weight machine thing today. I was not able to check my weight to verify if in fact yesterday was correct... Will try again tomorrow!
