My lower back is bothering me a bit after my workouts. I may cut back on kettle bell swings until it is better. I am a bit tired lately. I think it is due to the low carb diet. Tomorrow is my cheat day so I should be able to tell if the carbs give me more energy. I also signed up for the art bra modeling. The event is on April 23rd. I've got my deadline now.

Natural High
I'm starting to get that natural high from working out. I never knew what it was until it was gone. It makes me want to work out almost daily and I really feel bad when I skip several days. Resistance bands are making exercise on the road easier and now I'm going to give "gliders" a try. We will substitute in the furniture gliders until I find out if I really like it.

BMI and Body Fat
My BMI measured in at 22.4 and body fat at 26.4%.

Body Measurement Updates
My trainer measured me today. Original measurements were in Sept 2010. Some of the highlights are that I shrank in all areas, lost 1.75 inches in the waist, and an inch in the upper leg. Still need more work in the thigh area where I only lost a 1/4 inch.
