i have one best option for you
I have one suggestion for you like , Many time people should need some type of vitamin and mineral but they don't eat related food or vegetable so i suggest you take some vitamin by table like solgar vitamin,vitamin D etc..i have one site like vitamin pharmacy is good for it.. ------------------------- william www.vitaminpharmacy.com

I think your contribution to the public forums were really informative. It's really amazing how the community comes together to help people out who have questions/inquiries. Thanks for the motivational message. Sometimes some words of encouragement is all that is needed to stay on track w/ an exercise program. Also, I'm sure your GymBuddies appreciated a little bit of a personal boost! :) In reading your post in the "motivation to move" discussion forum, it sounds like you really have a handle on what keeps you motivated and what doesnt. You have a great support system with your boyfriend - who seems to help keep your workouts full of variety. Keep up the good work! :)
