    Ramblings

    Now that tax season is over, I can get a bit more serious about lifting & eating. I ate very well during the season since I was doing the Seattle Sutton thing. Now that I'm off it, I notice I don't eat as much fruit and vegetables as I should. Also, I notice that since my meals aren't all ready to eat, I'm not as motivated to eat as often or as much (or as healthy). So, I need to come up with a better plan for eating. I eat out a lot, but I usually order something healthy. I think I should pre-make my meals for the week and just reheat. I need to do something because I'm just not gaining muscle like I was when I first started using Gyminee. I think I need to get some almonds - that's a great weight gaining snack.

    Surgery break extended

    I took an extra couple weeks off, since I wasn't sure if the surgery was completely healed. I can start on Jan 1!!!

    Took about 2 weeks off because of a surgery. Back on now.
