Takin' it easy
So, I really did hurt myself a bit on day 17 (Thursday). I gave myself all weekend to recover... Last night I did 50 pushups and that was pretty okay. Tonight I'm getting back on the horse.

Food also
I don't know how accurate the nutrition thing actually is as far as their suggestions go. I seem to naturally range between a 2k and 3k calorie diet. I tend more towards the high end when I'm paying attention to making sure I eat enough. So, I don't know if it's correct in its protein, carb, etc goals. Also, as a computer scientist, I know not to trust the computer.

100 pushups?
I find this progression unrealistic. Also, I did the calculation wrong on body fat, so I may be more like 13% by the navy method.
