    Back on tracking

    Since the beginning of the year, I haven't keep track of my food intakes. I have been following Tim Ferris "4 Hours Body" diet and he says to not bother tracking calories but I have a reached a plateau around 195 lbs and I think tracking intake will help me to achieve my goal of 190lbs. I'm pretty happy though since I have lost more than 20 lbs since I started watching what I eat.
