TIP OF THE DAY----Crowded Gyms
Just cause a gym is crowded does not mean you can finish or do a workout...find another route to maintain your goals...detours is better than turning back around and going home....

First time here
I normally work out on beach body super gym but ran into this site off a twitter friend. I started Chalean Extreme about 6 weeks ago so im about half way thru, I am loving the push phase. I am really starting to see changes and loving it!!!
