Sleep
Try to sneak a nap in, I could tell you were getting upset last night with the kids waking you up. We need to get good sleep if we want to get healthy.

Finding Time
So with a sick kid, a newborn and a one year old who wants someone to play with it was really hard to find the time to workout. I was able to get in 20 minutes on the elliptical before the sick one woke up and needed me. But she is better today so hopefully I will be able to get in a good workout this afternoon. Wish me luck!
