Brothuhv84's Journal
Reflection Journal
A) I learned what foods it takes to meet my goals and how valuable it is to log what one eats and how it can inspire one to keep a diet. B) The tracking my workouts was good because it made it so that I could find out where my progress was in my exercises and also makes me accountable for doing my exercises for that week. It makes it easier to make a routine. C) Yes, the Gyminee site has helped with my workout goals because it makes one accountable for ones goals and sets up a community to have someone to feed off of when struggling to meet my goals. D)I think that instead of using this website I will use the things I have learned and make my own lists at home so that I can use the doing part of my brain which is how I think the best. E) I guess that it was cool to know how to use one of these websites because I didn't even realize that these were out there. So its good to know if I ever want to incorporate one of these with my goals in the future.
