    So, did you come to a conclusion on the Bikram Yoga? I know in your post you had said you had just started... wasn't sure if the answer you got from that other member persuaded or dissuaded you from continuing your practice. Thoughts?

    You are very lucky in that your gym is very close and most of your family/friends attend the same gym. You have a strong support system that encourages a fitness-driven lifestyle! Knowing your personal, program and environmental factors to motivation is very important and it seems you are well aware of them! :)

    DAILY BURN.

    Using DailyBurn has been a great way for me to stay on top of my healthy living. Tracking my food on a regular basis has helped me keep track of my daily caloric intake and has shown me what I am lacking daily. For instance, everyday I was coming up a bit short on protein. This allowed me to notice and purchase a protein powder so I would be getting my recommended daily protein fix! Tracking my workouts has been a motivation to keep me active. Whether its been in a gym setting or outside, tracking my workouts has definitely helped. DailyBurn has provided a recource easily accessible to me that has helped me to lose 6 pounds over the past 8 weeks! Receiving motivation from classmates, and helpful tips from others has been encouraging and helpful!
