    I wanted to mention

that I was so surprised to meet you at Port Authority that I found myself tongue tied. There were so many things I wanted to say to you about the inspiration you are to me and much more, but I was stuck in wonderland. How are your wife and daughter?

    Fall Funk

that happens when the weather turns cold and the darkness seems to be endless. I am sure you will come out of it soon but I know you hate the indoor stuff like running on the treadmill and riding the stationary bike. Furthermore; does this mean you are riding the damn bus to work? Don’t be a bear in a cave all winter because you will have to shed the layers in the spring ;-). I hope your daughter had a glorious birthday celebration and I hope the cake goes fast so you can get it out of your face. I love cake but I hate when it is around for days and days because you can’t help but eat some – especially with ice cream. Enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday and check in from time to time. I started lifting weights in September and had to give up a few of my cardio sessions but I feel really good and love lifting weights. At one point I dropped to 136 lbs which is way too skinny for me. I am thinking my ideal weight is really between 140 – 145. Hope to talk to you soon. Take Care and it is good to know you too.
