Monday - Legs
Today was good, I've taken about a week out due to being lazy, but today felt really good. Got some OK numbers out of the squat with better form. I even remembered to get lunges in - I probably over train a little for me frame but better than nothing. 5 min warm up X trainer 10 min cardio run after weights..for fun.

Day Six...
60 mins of the cross trainer - which was hard to keep the 1,000 cal target. I really thought I was not going to make a few times, and had to really push at 38min & 48mins. All in all targets reached - good sesh.

Day Five...
Total screw up. Due to work no really food most of the day, no where near enough to drink. Leg soar from squats still... Not a good day.

Day four
I wanted a cardio day today, but alas the lunges yesterday were pretty hash and I wanted a faster recovery. I also need to be able to move tomorrow at work. Did about 70 push-ups to help toward my 1,000 goal atleast!
