    Warrior Dash is FUN

    This has only ignited my interest in event races. Now I have a 5k in 8 days that I already signed up for and I am excited. I kind of been slacking on my diet and excercising lately but I will comeback and be better then before; hopefully.

    This is a piece of cake

    Im getting used to the diet now. I now know what to eat and what I can substitute to change it up. The pounds have been melting off and I can feel I'm getting stronger.

About Me

I am 24 years old and a father of 2, a husband of 1; lol. I recently got into being healthy. I guess I never really cared until I finally joined a gym. Now I am putting all my effort into it; and I feel great. Im signing up for races such as Warrior Dash, Spartan Race and tough Mudder. My first is Warrior dash to warm up and then on to the others. My new goal is to enter a triathlon, muddy buddy, tough mudder and/or warrior dash. Warrior dash is July 2011 hopefully I will be ready. I don't have anyone I workout with though which sucks but hopefully random people will be my motivators. Thanks to anyone who is.
