Hey man, ive noticed you have exercised way more than anyone else this semester. You killed everyone in the walking challenge as well, so good job. Keep up the good work and hopefully you reach your 2.5 inch arm goal. Do the curls for the girls.

Hey alex, it looks like you are doing pretty well with your exercising, so congradulations. You have a lot of goals that you are working on so good luck with that. I wish one of my goals was to gain nine pounds. If you need some ideas on how to do that, im an expert at gaining weight.

    RE: Reflection of Semester

Sometimes external motivation is what we need to keep us going (i.e. girls, high school reunion, etc.) But eventually, when you adopt a behavior and it becomes a part of your lifestyle, it turns into a more internal motivation. I'm glad you were able to take something away from this experience and I hope you continue to be mindful with your food choices and fitness workouts! :) Have a great spring! :)

    Reflextion of Semester

I have really enjoyed being able to visit this website this semester. Without it I would have never realized how much fat is in super chunk skippy peanut butter. I am going to have to lower my serving in the morning so i can eat other fats throughout the day. The only problem that I had with the website is my consistancy. There is nothing wrong with the website if you have the motivation to track your progress on everthing everyday. It is just hard at times to go the extra mile and continue to update things. As far as my smart goals go.... I did good at running for 12 minutes before i starting lifting weights at the gym. I also did good with eating a fruit in the moring the past few weeks. The one that i continue to struggle with, is no sweets. The weekends kill me because I am with my friends and i just eat whatever I want. I need to have more self control and not eat any more crunch coat ice cream cones from dairy queen. I really have learned a lot this semester though on exercise and nutrition and although I am a little slow at applying things at times, these things will definately help me in the future.

    Unit 7

This week i sent alexguerra and weakland a motivating message. I also wrote on pbeechlers profile page. Lately I have been trying to figure out what really motivates me. The main thing I can think of are girls, Im not gonna lie. I try to stay in pretty good shape because i want a girl that takes care of herself. It also helps me to always think about the good feeling that comes after a workout. It makes me look forward to going the gym. It is my time away from school and work to make myself physically better. This week I did some of the workouts that i previously made. I did the triceps and shoulder one today because i needed to focus on more than one body part because i havent had as much time to go to the gym this week.

    My thoughts

I see that you are trying to achieve your goals reducing your waist and body weight. I to had a similar problem initially in losing my weight but lost it after adding healthier food into my diet besides exercise. I hope this might help you. Did the killer abs exercise program showed any results yet?

    You can do it!

I noticed you had not exercised this past week. I have not either. My excuse is being too busy. I need to remind myself, and you, that we need to set aside a certain time of day, every day, to include exercise. We both know how important it is to our overall health and well being. We can do it!!!
