Thanks for the note
Hey Joe, Thanks for the note. It's good to hear from you and I'm glad you are back on track. I put on about 30 lbs over winter, eating more cooked foods and not getting regular exercise. However, with the warm up in weather, I'm moving again and have lost about 20 - 25lbs of that now. The horses are great :) Some of them have to be taken off grass because they are getting too fat and that sucks, but better than them foundering! We have a couple "dry paddocks" where all the grass is eaten down, that we can put them so they can at least get out and move around. Anyway, I feel great these days and am hopelessly addicted to endorphins.

Good to hear from you too!
Hey that's great, it's really nice to find something active that you can really get into! We've been doing a lot of hiking/walking. Exploring local parks that we had no idea were here for years. It's really nice, sometimes we find scenery that is just great and never even knew was right around the corner. Well stick with it, the plateau will not last forever! I am still mostly raw although I have gone "off the wagon" a few times as I visit friends, etc. I don't feel bad about it though, I just want to be mostly raw. I do notice that I am not as "mountaintop" when eating non-raw though, it really does make a difference for me.
