Time
TIME HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE MOST WIDELY USED EXCUSE I HEAR FOR NOT WORKING OUT.I HAVE BEEN GUILTY OF USING IT IN THE PAST MYSELF.I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT WHY I DIDNT EXERCISE IN THE PAST BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ANY "TIME".MY BIGGEST TIME WASTER HAS BEEN THE PLUG IN DRUG EITHER T.V.,MOVIES, OR VIDEO GAMES.THE AVERAGE HOUSE HOLD IN AMERICA WATCHES SEVEN HOURS OF T.V. A DAY.IF YOU ADD IN MOVIES,VIDEO GAMES,AND THE INTERNET WHO EVEN HAS TIME TO EAT.I NOTICED MY EXERCISE FREQUENCY WENT UP WHEN I BEGAN UNPLUGGING THE DRUG A LITTLE MORE OFTEN EACH DAY.I STILL ENJOY MOVIES,GAMES AND OBVIOUSLY THE INTERNET I JUST TAKE SOME OF THAT TIME AND WORK ON BUILDING A BETTER ME.

TODAY I WORKED ON MY BACK AND DID A CIRCUIT IN THE POOL.NOW OFF TO WORK.I WILL TAKE THE DOGS FOR A WALK TOMORROW HELP COUNT TOWARDS MY CARDIO.i WILL STILL HITTHE GYM OF COURSE LOL.

triceps
Had a good tricep workout.I really concentrated on maintaing good form and trying not to cheat.I cooked my meals for tomorrow and packed them up for consumption.

Workout
I have been doing the 666 workout for awhile.Its time for a change for two reasons.First my body is adapting to it and second it is getting very mundane.Im going to look for a new workout this week and have it planned out for next week. I added a handful of alomonds,a couple times a day. Almonds pack alot of nutrients and they help you not to be hungry all the time.
