    Recommended levels...

    I googled levels for sodium, fiber, sugar, etc. for the day, based on USDA dietary guidelines. Your doctor might have more specific goals for you. I'm over (no surprise to me) on sodium and sugar every day. Ugh! I'm trying to keep my focus as : 1) overall calories, 2) percentage of protein/fat/carbs, 3) getting enough grams of protein, and 4) looking at sugars, sodium, etc. (In that order...)
