FINALLY!
So ... after several months of being sick - I think I am finally healed enough to really start working out... I am back to doing most of my full time job stuff - been carrying the pager at work again (YEAH!!!)... and I am hoping to see if our budget can afford EA Active for my Wii... with only a couple weeks of Volleyball left before summer stars I don't think I will be doing that until the fall start up again... I am also looking to trade in son's old racing bike to see if I can get a nice Cruiser type for me.. his bike was worth 1300 a few years ago... a straight trade would be nice...

Still sucking wind - still losing weight
Well - I may not be able to exercise (2 block walk and almost end up with an asthma attack)... however - through limiting my intake - and trying to be good (yes, I do have cheats for sure!) I have been able to continue to lose weight. I had a weight in on Tuesday when I had a test - and I discovered I had lost weight!! Needless to say - I was HAPPY!!! Hopefully soon I can start exercising - I have been to see my specialist- and she has now ordered tests - still waiting to hear when - but at least they are coming... I have also been set up with a cardiologist - to make sure that there are no heart problems- I had my echo this week - and early in May I have my cardiac stress test... not sure if I will be able to do that walk test or have to do the chemical test :( but either way - it will help to figure out what is going on - I really don't think it is cardio - but at this point - it needs to be ruled out...

Wii
Hi, Glad to hear your are back on Wii, I've just started. Love the Penguin Balance on Wii fit!! Just bought Smarty Pants too, don't have to get up for that! Looks like you are getting somewhere at long last with your asthma. Sorry to hear your husband got laid off, not much work around here either. Well at least he wanted to retire soon (he must be older than you, otherwise I will be very envious if he can retire early!)

well - getting there... I finally saw the specialist today (postponed one day)... I REALLY liked her... feel like I will get some answers... she didn't just stop at ok - you have asthma - here is what you take - nice knowing you... I have to go for a whole battery of testing... more lung test - High Res CT, maybe CT of sinuses, allergy testing, stomach testing - she wants to know the CAUSE of my asthma - she is also really going to look at the chemical exposure and see if that has anything.... I am still on restricted activity at work until after my next lung function test - but I AM allowed to start exercising with my Wii a bit.. "level 1" as she put it... so that is a big YEAH!! Now for the bad news... hubby was laid off today... so that is going to mean a change for us... but then again - I did want him to retire soon... so God knows what is in store... Funny - I was just reading an email about don't borrow worry from tomorrow - it is only a waste of time... then I found out...
