About Me
I recorded my heaviest weight in my life on 26th July 2009 at 12 stone 12 lbs (about 180 lbs) and basically gave up on everything. Overdid the weight loss and got to about 100 lbs, had to gain, now cant seem to stop overeating. Need to get my life back and my body back. Any help is very welcome and appreciated.

Another lb down, keep the discipline!

You're
amazingly active for the calories you are taking in! I am super bad with mine, kinda bouncing around, I will be good one day, just to blow it the next. I eat a lot of fast food, need to cook at home more. Just stuff I need to work on. That's why my weight fluctuates so much I think, I don't log it that much cause th graph would be insane!

Shred
I haven't done shred, but I'm a big supporter of interval in general. It seems like a good system. Hope the step up goes well for you. I normally do a some weights, then elliptical. I'm not on a specific program right now, although I need to formalize my resistance training some, right now it's kinda like what ever when I get to the gym. I've been a weird dieter for years, and have been doing weights on and off for years. Sadly I haven't been consistent! Thanks for accepting my request.

Indeed
They have firewalled DailyBurn at work and then I began to write down my food log manually (aka. paper + pen), but was too lazy to transpose it to the site when I come home hahah Anyway I'm buying a smartphone, so I'm back :) I hope everything is ok there now and, hey, kettlebells? I don't quite remember this goal of yours :D
