I followed Polly's post, and I also think it's great that you've been able to hit the gym so faithfully! You've probably learned from keeping your logs on paper how helpful it is to be accountable to yourself. Having buddies who keep their logs up is also extremely useful and helps keep me on track some days. Good luck!

Hi there!
Great job tracking your progress on a daily basis! It's exciting to get to the gym...Congrats on 13 of 19 days!! I've found that when I go, that's all I want to do! But it gives me great energy to use chasing my kids around, and makes me know that I am doing what's right to keep me around for my grandkids! Best of luck to you!

the new Moi!!
I figured that I will track my progress online. I just found this site and will enter my progress on a daily basis. I have been tracking it on paper charts. I joined Planet Fitness on the 7th of this month and have gone 13 of the last 19 days. I have steadily increased my workout along the way so look forward to hear from other users of this site
