    we back yall

    feelin' better probably 80% of the time...switchin' up the ole meds. At least playing basketball regularly which is a lot more fun than a treadmill anyways. Still...I thought I was in the worst shape of my life months ago...now I'm in the worst shape of my life. Thinking I'm close to turning that around though, we'll see.

    ran yesterday

    ran for a good 20min...felt extremely short of breath, light headed, eyes couldn't focus (but not blurry, weird). Most of the way I was at 5mph...shouldn't have been an issue, not sure if I'm just out of shape or what. I've worked to the point of exhaustion before, lifting weights, playing basketball for hours, etc. This doesn't make since, but the docs all say I'm fine. maybe I'll try just walking at 3mph each day for a week then step it up gradually...I just don't feel like jogging should have been too much a quick step up in exercise.

    bad few days for fitness

    Haven't ate well the last few days...no exercise either...hopefully will get back with it this week.

    ran last night

    Ran last night, ate pretty good throughout the day too. Didn't feel so good on the tail end of my run...not sure what's going on because I have been feeling better during the day, maybe I just need to get my body used to exercising again.

    Last Workout - not good

    Last Workout felt foggy out of it. Started with incline dumbell presses, didn't feel too good not long after. Running didn't seem to bother me when running at home, will have to try running at the gym.
