    I think I'm a serial dieter

    Being a bit self aware is probably a good thing and I was just hit with a bit of it this morning as I'm going over my weight loss/gain. I'm a good dieter and a pretty good at exercising but I am awful at maintaining. It's like I need the total focus of watching everything going in my mouth and goals to achieve with all those calories I DIDN'T eat. So, as I'm practically starting over again I need to spend a little more time working on the "after game" and what that will look like. I need goals so I guess I'll have to figure out how to set those goals when I get there.

    Back at it after a unhappy reunion with my scale

    Up 20lbs! Not ok....at all. So I read this article on WebMD on safe, fast weight loss. I am going to shoot for 2.5lbs a week for a month then go back to my usual diet plan to work off the rest. Need to fit in my pants again! http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/lose-weight-fast-how-to-do-it-safely

    So...I'm up about 8 lbs from my best. Back out on the streets and here at DailyBurn. One month before a cruise to lose it, let's see how that goes.
