    Hey!

    I see you're still kicking butt over here! Awesome!!! :) Yeah, it's been quite a while since I've been on DB, but I'm back logging and everything. Stupid walking goal. I thought I would meet the goal if I would log 2.5 miles in one walking session, but I guess it's cumulative so surprise, I hit my goal. That was not what I had in mind but oh well, learning all the time. :) I'm pretty deconditioned and have to start slowly. So it's just some simple yoga poses and walking right now for me. Getting some exercise and the consistency is most important at this point, and then we'll see how it goes and I'll take it from there.

About Me

I'm a work-at-home web developer, originally from Wisconsin, living in Texas while my wife attends vet school. Over the past several years, I've lost 60+ pounds and kept it off, and now the goal is to build muscle. It's such a slow process, but it appears to be happening. Based on my weight and body fat data, it looks like I gained roughly 8 pounds of muscle in 2010. As 5-10 pounds of muscle gain is about the best a fully grown adult can do without steroids, I'm pretty excited!
