Starting anew
I've decided that today I'm starting over. I lost almost 40 lbs to get down to 190. Now I've gained back about 15 lbs. and currently I'm at about 205. That sucks! I worked hard to get where I was and I hadn't even reached my goal weight of 180. It makes me sick! THIS POST IS A REMINDER TO MYSELF TO NOT GET LAZY AND GIVE UP!!!!! Occasionally, I need to kick my own arse and get back into gear. I'm looking into the Power 90 routine. I need to start ASAP!
