Why would you see your body fat increase?

You're right, but even with calipers you can still get drastically different results each time. The numbers aren't accurate but if you stick with one method you'll be able to track your body fat decreasing over time. x

http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html If you use one site consistently you'll be able to check your results. The most accurate way to get it tested is to be measured by a professional with calipers or through a water displacement test. X

I take my resting heart in the morning when I wake up, still lying down. Tesco sell a £20 heart-rate monitor that uses a wireless chest band, its pretty cool. My man Tony (P90X) demands all his clients use one, who am I to say different?
