Wedding Season!
Definitely the time of year to kick it into high gear! So many weddings, weekend trips with the crew, and a quick 5 day weekend in Mesa to meet the new niece :) Somehow have to find time to train for the River to Ridge race... AGH!

New Years Resolutions!
Premier Fitness & Wellness has a new gyms special going on $19.50 a month with classes included. My Class Schedule: Tuesdays - 6pm Butts & Guts, 6:30pm Power Yoga; Thursdays - 6:30pm Yoga; Saturdays - 10am Yoga My New Year's resolutions are to eat more protein, work on my 500 RYT & learn a new word everyday. What's yours?!
