400 calories is not easy
I said to myself.. I got to exceed 412 calories before your challenge ends. Will give it a try today as I already finished my first workout and half way there

I tried it
I stayed around 3.5mph on the treadmill last night with a 7.5% incline, I was REALLY tired by the end of it and had jello-legs, but I still feel fine today. My stomach is definitely sore from the Abs workout so... I'd rather not be sore anyway. :) Maybe I'm just stretching really well! 5 more days to go!

I know what you mean about keeping track of what you eat. I didn't realize I ate so much until I started tracking it. And wow to your 400 calories on cardio, I'll try it on Friday!

I did get my 400 calories burned yesterday - I love the challenge! Music helps me a lot to stay motivated while running. I'm not a fan of hip-hop really, but it does get me moving! What I like about logging all my food is that it makes me rationalize what I eat more. "I can either have this yummy cookie OR have a sandwich from Subway..." So I ate half the cookie HAHA. But, I'm thinking about it so it's a step in the right direction, right? :)

I did it- Day Two
I made it into the gym again. My motivation was low to go there but I started to feel like I had to go because I set up my challenge and people joined in. Once I get in the gym I was fine and motivation wasn't an issue. It felt easier to get to 400 calories today. As my mom would say, Goodie. I love the food log with the little icons. It takes so much discipline to keep track of my food but it's so much easier here on the computer since it's like a game for me and I'm already addicted to using the computer everyday so it feels easy to log my food. I hope I can keep it up though.
