Bleh.
Trying to get back into using this again but it's hard to remember to enter in my food. And I've been eating something that Stef made for dessert so now I have to get that recipe so I can add it, haha! I've no idea what was in it.

Sodium is a pain in the butt.
I blew my sodium goal for today. But I haven't had soup in SO LONG. Plus the sandwich I got was packed with it, since they don't use the low sodium turkey like I do at home. Still, I've been good lately so as long as I keep drinking lots of water I should be okay, right?

Crap.
I didn't eat enough yesterday, even with all the crap I threw into the stew and the stick of gum. But I wasn't hungry enough to have a snack later, either. Bleh.

I've been lazy about updating in here, but I've still been watching what I eat, so I'm still on track. Trying to remember to do it this week.

Well, Crap.
It's going to be difficult to eat enough calories on weekends, I've realized. I tend to skip breakfast due to sleeping in and then I eat lunch, and I forget to eat in between meals. Also I lost track of time at work yesterday and came home too late to eat dinner. I had a protein bar so my body wouldn't think I was starving it. Don't want it hoarding fat!
