About Me
I was very skinny and when i came here to Australia I needed to put some muscle to keep in the game( capoeira training). Before i had been on an off the gym, now I am dead serious. Now getting ready for my 20 years highschool reunion!

Yes this week it has to be just cardio and abs week unfortunately. I tried to do a few light weights but felt it wrong! sigh
