I ran!
1.5 miles today!! And barefoot! I'm not much of a runner, so I was really surprised that I made it that far. (truth is that I didn't want to walk where the cute guys playing racquetball could see me....)

I'm Psyched!
Another pound today. Brings the total to 8 in 3 weeks. Man I'm psyched! It looks like you're doing a tremendous job on the exercising too. Another revision to the smoothie recipe that we found: 1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks, 1 container of Yoplait Thick and Creamy Light Lemon yogurt, 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk and 1-2 Tbl coconut rum. Yum Yum Yum! Depending on how much milk and how much rum you put in, it makes a huge glass for around 290 calories and worth every bit of it!
