cap082's Journal
New Routine
I think I'm gonna like the new workout routine I put together for myself. I do only the first half of my normal weight lifting routine (8 exercises - 3 sets of 10 ea.) , then use the elliptical for 10-20 min and then run at least 1 mile. This I do on Mondays. Wednesday, I do the same except with the second half of the weight lifting routine instead of the first half. Thursday, I do the Mondays routine again and on Saturday the same as Wednesday. These exercise routines take me just under an hour. p.s. I use the elliptical for 10 min to loosen up then run 2 + miles on Tuesdays and Fridays. 30 min routines for those days.

Workout, Elliptical and then run in the morning.
Do first half of my Upper Body workout (20 min), run for 30 min on the Elliptical and then run 2 miles in the morning. Do the same thing on Friday only switch to the second half of my workout.

5K Training
Training for a 5K in Late March or Early April. Wish it would warm up so I could run outside in the mornings.

Hope all is going well!
I've been offline for too long and need to get back at things. It's hard to eat healthy when you've been living in your wife's grandparent's basement for 8 months! Finally moved now.
