Exercise
Starting exercising this morning to get my metabolism uo. It was a 5:30 am start which hurt. Did a half hour walk only to break myself it in as its uphill. Went through the Botanic Gardens which is awesome and I'm aiming to get to the lookout platform where the Cable Car is within 15 to 20 mins. In NZ if you want wholegrains etc in bulk food you have to go to little bulk food stores which are rare, some supermarkets which charge outrageously or organic shops who while having the biggest selection and best price, the freshness of the product is doubtable. We tries to get Bulgar Wheat the other day and the price was soooo outrageous we didn't The trick is to get healthy, non calorie high food on a low budget subget to availablity and have variety and taste good. Its a bit to ask

Lets us know if you want to run recipes or ideas past us to try out. We can let you know if the ingrediants etc are available for those outside of the US etc. My wife is reading a book by the son of the Baskin Robbins Ice Cream chap who woalked away from the fortune, went hippi and is completely into the wholefood movement

Sounds good! I need a lot of help at the moment and virtual buddy would be good!. Lots of stress here with my wife being made redundant and being in the public service cuts to government means my jobs not secure either. Also just moved to live at our capital so no family support structures either. And I'm studying at University as well as working full time...Phew! Its hard not to stress eat for sure. Your new thing sounds awesome! My wifes getting into wholefoods here, through in New Zealand getting the variety of grains etc is hard and only organic shops have a range of them as there are no wholefoods stores here.

How's it going!
Hey how's it going? Sorry its been a while since I got back to you. Its great to hear from you again! I', going to start exercising etc again as I've really stacked on the weight again. Times are pretty hard so I guess its the best time to get back into it. How's the catering (cooking?) business going?
