    Thank you very much Captain for being my buddy. Currently my goal is to reduce body fat to 15 % from 24 %. Any advise, suggention, hints are most welcome,dude. I wanna have body like you guys eventually, lol. Cheers :) and looking forward for motivation and suggestion.

    No problem. I cut out all fast food, bread, pasta, caffeine, and any portions bigger than my fists. Sounds extreme, but when its only healthy food your eating you don't need too much lol, but you will get hungry. I also did a free weight circuit and running 5 days a week and drank plenty of water. Be sure to take a few days break every 3 weeks and at the end of each week enjoy one thing that is fatty or junk, like a slice of pizza or something. Any questions on specifics feel free to ask.

About Me

Grad student looking to meet my goals of a slimmer and more toned body. Isn't everyone trying for that? Right now I am back on fat loss while trying to add on muscle and working to get bigger and stronger. I'd like to get down to 190ish by the end of the summer, hopefully 200 by July 4th, so any and all motivation would be greatly appreciated! I hope to meet some cool, interesting, motivating people here who all share a common goal to better ourselves to the best of our ability. Because lets face it, there are a ton of people who wish they had our motivation and dedication.
