    logging food again.... i think....

    Hey, girl. I'm going to try to log my food for at least the next couple days. Feel free to join me. I'm 3 pounds heavier today than I was before the pregnancy scare. I'm back to a workout schedule starting last week, but I think I need to get back on track with my food too.

    Wow, been awhile.

    Back to it. I have 1 month to lose the remaining 9 lbs I set as my goal. I figure it's not real likely BUT I can make a serious effort!

    hard at it

    I've been keeping a very strict food journal and really working out rigorously. I am hoping that once the water weight from this months cycle comes off, I will be below 200. Here's to another 30 by Christmas!

    I totally understand. That is sort of where I am at as well. I have been really good about posting my workouts. Not so good about logging my food. which is fine when I'm working out and being very calorie aware. I have not been doing either of these. So, I'm trying to log my food the next couple of weeks, just to get back on track. I also worked out today, bike and lifted weights. First time I have lifted in weeks. Felt good! **now lifting my glass of wine** here is to your next few pounds just melting away :)
