    well...

    here's the thing. i got a droid for christmas. i want to use a health and fitness tracker that has a mobile app, so i can enter my progress the instant i step off the machines at the gym. so for now, until dailyburn gets their butts in gear on the mobile app for android, i'm going to myfitnesspal. wish you all the best!

    1. going to start tracking again soon. 2. last semester was one of great personal upheaval; i have hopes that this semester will be better. 3. expect to be posting rigorously by next week.

    updates on me

    things have been really rough lately. the diagnosis won't be final until i go in person to therapy - next wednesday - but it's been suggested that i'm suffering from some mild form of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). however, the counselor i spoke with on the phone thought it would be a good idea for me to start tracking my eating/exercising again, as i mentioned that i felt at my best when i was losing weight. she said it would help me feel some control over my own life. so, i'm back, and hoping that i can do it this time. i'm going to make my next weigh-in be next thursday, so i have some time to get back into things before facing the scales.

    more personal upheaval.

    i know i haven't tracked in days. trying to get back into it and form a good habit again. also called about an appointment with a therapist to see if i can get the train that is my mental health back on track. it's a big step, but i'm going to have to do it.
