One Down!
I'm on the way down. I've lost one pound! I know that doesn't sould like a lot but I know that weigth loss doesn't happen overnight and if I can keep it going one pound a week it'll pay off in the end. Last night for dinner I made egg noodle pasta with tuna fish salad very yummy but I ate ate like 5-6 bites and I was full. I felt like I would be wasteing it if I didn't eat it all. But I stopped. I just grabed a plastic container and popped it in the fridge. I'll be having it again for dinner tonight.

First Day and Ready to Go!
Ok, so I added what I had for lunch today and added in my planned dinner. So if I can stay away from the left over Easter candy I'm good to go. For Lent I gave up a lot of stuff including cake ( I heart cake) and soda. All during Lent I was craving it, now that I can have it again, I'm ok with not having it. So when I get home tonight the left over cake that I baked for Easter is going into the trash. Might as well since I really don't want it anyway.
